AgencyAI is first-line and solves configuration, installation, command and compatibility questions right in the ticket. When something manual is needed, a refund, a licence, an account change or a genuine code bug, press Escalate to team in the ticket and a human takes over.

Yes. The ban message contains a signed link to the appeal form. It deliberately works without signing in, anyone who is banned can no longer reach the portal.

QBCore, ESX and standalone. You set the framework in config.lua. A wrongly set framework is one of the most common reasons a script appears not to work.

At docs.agencyg.de. Every script has its installation, configuration and the available exports and events documented there.

That is almost always a keybind clash on your side, not a bug in the script. Rebind the key under GTA Settings → Key Bindings → FiveM, or set a free key in the config. Other common causes: the wrong framework in the config, load order, a conflicting resource, a missing dependency, or an SQL file that was never imported.

Paid Agency Scripts are escrow-protected. Open and freely editable: config.lua, the locale files, the SQL files, HTML/UI and fxmanifest.lua. The protected logic cannot be viewed, commands, exports and events are fully documented instead.

You receive a simple, non-transferable right of use for your own game server. Passing on or reselling the source code to third parties is not permitted (§ 7 of the Terms).

No. Under § 19 UStG (German small business regulation) no VAT is charged, and none is shown on invoices or quotes. All prices are final prices in euros.

Consumers generally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. For individual digital content it expires early once work has begun, after you have expressly agreed and confirmed your knowledge of that expiry (§ 356 (5) BGB, § 6 of the Terms). If something is wrong with a purchase, open a ticket and we'll look at it.

You describe what you need in a ticket. The team then issues a payment request stating scope, amount, validity and the expected delivery date. The contract comes about once you accept and pay it here in the portal. Agreed delivery dates are in Berlin time; delivery runs through the ticket or through Discord.
