Terms of Service (AGB)

§ 1 Scope & Merchant
These Terms of Service (AGB) apply to all contracts, digital deliveries, and software development services between Agency Scripts (Sole Proprietor: Nicole Rudolf) ('Merchant') and the customer via
agencyg.de and help.agencyg.de.§ 2 Contract Object & Services
The merchant provides custom FiveM / RedM digital scripts, custom software development services, resource modifications, and technical support. The exact scope of work is specified in the quote request issued in the support ticket.
§ 3 Contract Conclusion
The display of services does not constitute a legally binding offer. Upon customer request, the team issues a formal quote containing scope of work, amount, validity period, and estimated delivery date. The contract is concluded when the customer accepts the quote on
help.agencyg.de and completes checkout.§ 4 Pricing, Small Business VAT Exemption & Payment
All prices are final prices in Euros (€ EUR).

§ 5 Delivery Terms & Berlin Time
Where an estimated delivery date has been specified, all dates are evaluated according to Berlin Time (Europe/Berlin, CEST/CET). Digital content is delivered electronically via the support ticket portal (
help.agencyg.de) or Discord.§ 6 Right of Withdrawal & Expiry for Digital Content
Consumers generally possess a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.
Important Expiry Notice (§ 356 (5) BGB):
For contracts regarding custom digital content, the right of withdrawal expires immediately upon commencement of performance if the customer expressly consents and acknowledges the loss of the right of withdrawal.

§ 7 License & Rights of Use
Unless otherwise agreed, the customer receives a simple, non-transferable right to use the delivered digital content on their own server. Reselling or distributing the source code is strictly prohibited.
§ 8 Warranty & Liability
Statutory warranty provisions under German civil law apply.
§ 9 Applicable Law
The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply, excluding CISG.
